Unfortunately, resources that are specifically targeted to assist small businesses reduce their workers¿ compensation costs are nearly non-existent. As a result, the overwhelming majority of small business employers learn how to manage their workers¿ compensation costs through years of trial and error. Unfortunately, they pay for those errors through much higher than necessary workers¿ compensation premiums. CHOMP COMP is written specifically to small businesses owners and managers and is intended to be used as a resource and guide.
