Published originally in 1902 in a limited and numbered edition of only 3,000 copies, the book is almost impossible to find and even used copies easily cost $1,500 or more. An exquisite, limited and numbered reprint of only 1,500 copies was published by Sheridan House in 1986. It went quickly out of print. Now quite unexpectedly a couple of dozen books have been found and are being offered for sale.
